This full-time, on-site role is based in Bowie, MD. You will coach staff, review documentation, coordinate with families and partners, manage caseloads, and contribute to quality improvement and timely reporting while fostering a safe, inclusive environment for clients

Qualificações

• Experience in developmental disabilities services or case management; knowledge of DDA regulations.
• Staff leadership with coaching, feedback, and team coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and case management systems.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful service delivery.

Responsabilidades
