Job summary

Beatrice Loving Heart in Lanham, MD is seeking a qualified Program Supervisor to manage and facilitate the daily operations of the Agency, ensure compliance with processes, and support administrative services, event coordination, and facilities management.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, knowledge of DDA and/or CFC programs, and the ability to lead a team, improve processes, document activities, and collaborate with office supervisors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality and risk management principles and practices in health-related services.
• Experience coordinating services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations, processes, and infrastructure while seeking improvements.
• Anticipates risks and provides strategic solutions.
• Manages caseload schedules to ensure coverage.
• Documents client-related activities as needed.
• Identifies trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborates with office supervisors to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay up to date on Health industry regulations and technology.
• Coordinate and monitor home office staff performance.
• Provide documentation and follow-up on employee concerns and actions.
• Assist HR with candidate testing and onboarding.
