Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Software Field Services Engineer to lead installation, configuration, and support of DCIM software across customer environments. You will work directly with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to drive successful implementations and ongoing success.

You will own deployments from kickoff through completion, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance on best practices, system usage, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software products for data centers.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or more as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration and commissioning of DCIM software in remote and on-site environments.
• Own projects from kickoff to completion with high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for deployment issues and system performance.
• Develop and maintain deployment documentation and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Travel to customer sites to support deployments and escalations.
