Job summary

Schneider Electric’s NAM Secure Power Software Services team is seeking a Software Field Services Engineer to lead deployment, configuration, and support of our DCIM solutions across customer environments. You will work directly with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to drive successful implementations and long-term customer success.

Travel to customer sites (~50%) is required, with a focus on troubleshooting complex deployments, knowledge sharing, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of software deployment in data-center environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of DCIM software in remote and on-site environments.
• Own projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting of deployment issues and performance.
• Travel to customer sites (~50%), supporting complex deployments.
• Provide customer training and guidance on best practices.
• Develop and maintain deployment documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
