Job summary

Tory Burch LLC seeks an experienced DC Supervisor to lead daily operations in a multi-channel distribution center. You will supervise a team of associates, coordinate with inventory control and cross-functional partners, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

You will manage labor schedules, mentor staff, uphold safety standards, and drive process improvements to reduce waste and improve service levels. Flexibility for nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily operations in a multi-channel, automated distribution center.
• Ability to manage labor schedules and lead a team to meet SLAs and safety standards.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and business goals.
• Oversee labor scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, throughput, and efficiency; take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with inventory control and cross-functional teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain safety policies and drive a 5S culture across the DC.
• Prepare and present operational reports and improvement strategies.
