Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations in a highly automated, multi‑channel distribution environment. You will supervise a team, ensure service levels, quality, and safety, and drive cost control under the guidance of the DC Operations Manager.

You will mentor associates, manage labor schedules, train staff, and push continuous improvements while upholding Tory Burch standards across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of related experience working in a distribution environment; 1+ year of management/people leadership experience
• Experience with automation within a distribution environment is a plus
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate for high performance
• Ability to manage team members at various performance levels
• English proficiency (speaking and understanding)
• Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs
• Flexible with schedule including nights and weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and business goals
• Oversee labor scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet targets
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, throughput, and efficiency, taking corrective action as needed
• Collaborate with inventory control and cross-functional teams for smooth material flow
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety regulations, and best practices
• Promote 5S culture and implement process improvements
• Prepare and present reports on operational metrics and improvement strategies
• Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with transportation, inventory control, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste
• Challenge the status quo using data to optimize workflows
• Address operational challenges with practical solutions
• Lead, train, and mentor associates to enhance performance
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
• Manage attendance, productivity, and policy adherence
• Partner with Talent on employee relations and development
