Job summary

The Tory Burch Distribution Center in the United States is seeking a dynamic supervisor to lead daily operations, manage a team of associates, and drive efficiency. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment while collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet SLAs.

You will oversee labor scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a distribution center or similar setting.
• Strong ability to manage labor schedules and daily workflows.
• Proven track record driving process improvements and efficiency.
• Commitment to safety, policies, and 5S principles.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
