Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D or equivalent relevant work experience required.
• 1.5+ years of related experience in a distribution environment.
• English proficiency (speaking and understanding).
• Experience with automation within a high-volume distribution center is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist, understand, and execute daily operational plans.
• Direct the workflow of associates to ensure efficient coverage.
• Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflow.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately to meet SLAs.
• Provide coaching and training to associates across departments.
• Maintain safety and a 5S culture; conduct inspections as needed.
• Lead inventory control, packing, picking, receiving, returns, and shipping.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency.
