Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead multi-channel operations in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility. You will oversee supervisors and teams, drive efficiency, cost control, and high service levels across picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes.

You will partner with Talent and cross-functional teams to foster growth, ensure safety and quality standards, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-channel distribution center or DC team.
• Ability to coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of DC operations in a multi-channel environment.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure staffing, costs, and service levels meet targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and goals.
• Coach and develop leaders; ensure adherence to policies and 5S/safety.
• Prepare reports on operational metrics and opportunities for improvement.
