Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our multi-channel distribution center. You will supervise a team, manage labor schedules, and ensure accurate processing while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of distribution-center experience with leadership.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and goals.
• Oversee labor scheduling and workflow coordination to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, throughput, and efficiency; take corrective action.
• Collaborate with inventory control and cross-functional teams for seamless material flow.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor associates to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Promote 5S culture and drive process improvements.
• Prepare reports on operations metrics and improvement strategies.
