Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations in our multi-channel, highly automated facility. You will supervise a team of associates, manage labor schedules, ensure SLAs, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor.

As part of the DC Operations team, you’ll partner with inventory control, transportation, and customer service to maintain accuracy and timely order processing, while upholding Tory Burch's standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of distribution center experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with automation in distribution environments is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems is desirable.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise a team of associates in the DC.
• Manage labor schedules, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure service levels, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
