Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage labor schedules, and drive efficiency on the warehouse floor. You will supervise a team of associates, ensure SLAs are met, and uphold safety standards in a high-volume distribution environment.

The role requires 3+ years in distribution with at least 1 year in people leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in warehouse systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in a distribution environment; 1+ year of management/people leadership experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Must have English proficiency (speaking and understanding).
• Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and business goals.
• Oversee labor scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, throughput, and efficiency; take corrective action.
• Collaborate with inventory control and cross-functional teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and 5S culture; drive process improvements.
• Lead, train, and mentor employees; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
