Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of distribution experience; 1+ year of leadership.
• Experience with automation in a high-volume DC.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs; comfortable standing all day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DC operations and lead a team of associates.
• Manage labor scheduling and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and 5S standards across the floor.
• Collaborate with transportation, inventory control, and customer service.
