Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Area Manager in Swedesboro, NJ. You will oversee daily DC operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure safe, efficient shipping/receiving aligned with company policies. Shift: Mon-Thu, 4:00pm–3:00am.

You will analyze performance data, coach staff, and drive cross-functional projects while promoting Burlington’s core values and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related) or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a distribution center environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and operate systems and programs within the DC.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to access all areas of the DC and lift 40 lb boxes; stand for extended periods.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
