Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in White, GA, seeks a General Manager of Operations to lead the distribution center leadership team, drive safety, throughput, and service excellence. You will implement lean processes, manage P&L, and align cross-functional activities with budget targets.

This hands-on, results-driven leader will coach managers, optimize staffing, enforce safety standards, and foster continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of inventory/operational tasks experience; 5 years of management in a Distribution/Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, develops, motivates, and supports DC teams.
• Develops and monitors production plans for the DC and staffing levels.
• Manages safety practices to maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversees P&L and collaborates with managers to hit targets.
• Implements process improvements to drive year-over-year gains.
• Leads cross-functional projects to reduce logistics costs and improve ops.
• Standardizes processes across the network and shares best practices.
• Supports strategy and innovation to drive revenue, performance, and profitability.
