Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to drive performance across inbound, warehouse, outbound, and transportation functions within a distribution center. You will work with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.

You will coach and develop hourly associates, enforce safety policies, and collaborate with 3PL partners to achieve targets. Must be prepared to lead a large team and adapt to seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Operations, Business or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in warehousing or DC operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, warehouse, outbound, transportation and office operations as assigned.
• Develop strategies with GM/AGM to maximize productivity and control expenses.
• Lead safety culture and ensure policy compliance across the DC.
• Coach and develop associates with on-floor and formal feedback.
• Analyze trends, solve problems and motivate teams to improve performance.
• Oversee relationships with 3PL providers as needed.
