Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to drive efficiency and safety in a complex DC environment. You will partner with senior leadership to set strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure reliable equipment performance.

You will lead a team, manage maintenance programs, and focus on continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Strong collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
• 5 years in distribution environment.
• Experience managing conveyor system, Material Handling Equipment and electrical PLC controls.
• Ability to work flexible schedule; on-call weekends/holidays; open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, optimize layout and inventory flow.
• Manage maintenance of facility and oversee contractors.
• Review maintenance, production and quality reports to plan activities.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach and develop associates and ensure certifications.
