Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse functions, optimize productivity, and oversee facility maintenance. You will manage a team, coordinate with GM/AGM, and drive safety and efficiency across the distribution center.

You will monitor warehouse operations, maintain equipment, review performance data, and develop strategies to maximize contribution to the DC’s success while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree concentrating in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications.
• 5 years in distribution environment.
• Experience managing conveyor system, Material Handling Equipment and electrical PLC controls.
• Ability to work flexible schedule; on-call at various times; weekends and holidays; open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence in all warehouse areas, including WMS and related equipment; ensures inventory is received efficiently and safely processed; maintains proper layout and organization of warehouse areas; communicates best practices.
