Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead multiple distribution center functions, drive productivity and safety, and supervise a team of Supervisors and hourly associates. You will partner with the GM/AGM to meet strategic objectives and optimize costs.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient inbound, warehouse, outbound, and office operations, and collaborating with 3PL providers to achieve performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence across all warehouse areas and ensure efficient WMS usage and proper product placement.
• Assist leadership in evaluating work methods, controls, and staffing for accurate movement of product.
• Help drive cost-to-serve reductions through improved processes, staffing, and seasonal planning.
• Coach and develop Associates through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Maintain a strong safety culture by following safety policies and monitoring metrics daily.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM on 3PL and outbound carrier performance as needed.
