Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead inbound, warehouse, outbound, and office operations within a distribution center. You will supervise multiple supervisors and hourly associates, drive safety and efficiency, and partner with senior leadership to meet cost-to-serve goals.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to adapt to seasonal changes while maintaining a union-free, customer-focused environment. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain required or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to relocate and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across warehouse areas and efficient use of WMS and related equipment.
• Evaluate work methods, procedures and staffing for efficiency and accuracy of movement.
• Support cost-to-serve objectives and drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
• Coach and develop associates and maintain a union-free, employee-centered workplace.
• Maintain a culture of safety by following Home Depot safety policies and monitoring safety metrics.
• Coordinate with GM/AGM on 3PL or outbound transportation performance as needed.
