Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse functions, optimize processes, and ensure a safe, productive distribution center environment. You will supervise several supervisors and hourly associates, drive performance, and partner with 3PLs to meet outbound goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and strong analytical skills to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining an employee-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and related equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouses and operations to achieve excellence and safe processes.
• Assist leadership with evaluating work methods and staffing for efficiency.
• Drive cost-to-serve reduction through continuous improvement and effective supervision.
• Coach and develop associates through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Maintain a safety-focused culture and monitor safety/quality metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Collaborate with 3PL or transportation partners to optimize outbound loads and carrier performance.
