Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in leadership roles within high-volume distribution environments.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, coaching and development.
• Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to read policies, operate systems, and work a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. and access all areas of the DC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day DC operations and lead a team of associates in shipping/receiving.
• Analyze productivity and drive team performance using data and reporting tools.
• Serve as ambassador for core values and foster a professional, inclusive environment.
• Provide feedback, coaching and development to team members.
• Ensure training and policy compliance across the distribution center.
