Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a DC Area Manager in Burlington, NJ, to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of Distribution Center Associates. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate receiving, storage, packing and shipping in line with company policies.

SHIFT: Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:00pm. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven performance improvement, adherence to safety and policy, and effective use of warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and lift/move 40 lbs. Plus, readability of policies and procedures.
