Job summary

Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Grants Pass, Oregon.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff to meet customer service standards and operational performance in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on inventory control, receiving, and breakdown processes, with responsibility for data collection, reporting, scheduling, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years leading staff in consumer products distribution.
• Experience with inventory tracking, receiving, QC, and cycle counting.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP–Rootstock experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors on scheduling, development, and corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity and quality to meet performance goals.
• Collect and analyze operational data; provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies across accounting, safety, and admin.
