O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a results-oriented supervisor to oversee daily distribution center operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity and service goals.

You will lead, train, schedule, and develop team members; ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations; drive process improvements and cost control; collaborate with the operations manager to maintain workflow and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to develop teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations to maintain efficiency across receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and cross-dock functions.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach DC team members to promote accountability and productivity.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet delivery schedules and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with O’Reilly procedures, safety standards, and applicable DOT regulations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, processing, and delivery.
