Job summary

Biamp in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities. The role will coordinate daily operations, lead DMS meetings and drive Lean improvements while mentoring staff and ensuring safety practices.

The candidate will manage cycle counts, assist with inventory, process POs and returns, and support training. Proficiency with CRM, Infor LN, Cogiscan, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Proficient with warehouse technology programs (CRM, Infor LN, Cogiscan)
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
• Able to work M-F 7:00am–3:30pm and adjust to production needs
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and 6S discipline

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving activities to meet daily demand
• Lead Daily Management System (DMS) meetings
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Process POs and customer returns
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment is ready for shifts
• Assist with training new and existing staff
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate warehouse and employee issues promptly
• Operate warehouse tasks including picking and delivering material
• Foster open communication and problem-solving within the team
