Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills (oral and written).
• 5–8 years of management experience in a retail production/distribution environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Coach Area Supervisors to meet productivity goals and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and maintain an engaging associate relations environment.
• Oversee admin tasks: training, performance evaluations, time and production records.
• Ensure safety and clean work areas; interface with senior DC leadership.
