Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will oversee inventory management, shipping and receiving, safety compliance, and staff development.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience, a strong focus on safety, and a passion for building high-performing teams while driving efficiency and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading warehouse operations and teams.
• Strong inventory control and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions to ensure efficient operation.
• Schedule employees and shifts with safety and productivity in mind.
• Train and mentor staff on procedures and policies.
• Manage inventory, FIFO processes, and cycle counts.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and inter-company transportation coordination.
• Enforce 5S standards and lean processes.
