Job summary

Grant's Farm is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products and supplies. You will supervise associates, ensure efficiency, and enforce safety and compliance standards across the facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, managing staff schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries to departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 21+ years old, one year of post-secondary education or equivalent experience, and prior warehouse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations and activities.
• Oversee daily workflow and staff assignments with effective scheduling.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products and materials.
• Coordinate deliveries to departments and manage event/activation materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
• Conduct monthly inventories and resolve discrepancies.
