Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a DC Operations Lead to support our distribution center activities across inbound, outbound, inventory control and compliance. You will work with Supervisors to coordinate tasks, maintain system integrity, and drive on-time shipments and customer satisfaction.

This lead role demands autonomy, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics. Full-time, multiple shifts with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Distribution center shop floor experience.
• System administration experience, including ERP, WMS, and productivity tools (MS or Google Suites).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments and manage dispatch.
• Monitor inventory, CHEP pallet tracking, and compliance.
• Oversee inbound scheduling and customs documentation.
• Maintain system accuracy and real-time updates in YMS/Open Dock.
• Lead daily warehouse tasks with Supervisors and ensure productivity.
