Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a DC Operations Lead to oversee distribution center activities, ensuring accurate shipping, inventory control, and compliance across inbound and outbound functions.

The role requires autonomy, cross-functional influence, and strong communication to support efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position offers multiple shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience on the shop floor in a distribution center is a plus.
• Experience administering systems including ERP and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments and dock activities with logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support audits across the DC.
• Oversee inbound scheduling, transfers, and customs/documentation to avoid delays.
• Maintain system accuracy, generate reports, and communicate changes promptly.
• Lead daily warehouse tasks with Supervisors and ensure cross‑team communication.
