You will train staff, monitor productivity, ensure GMP, safety, and proper use of the Warehouse Management System, and coordinate with shipping and fulfillment teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct labor and processes within the assigned area and provide day‑to‑day direction.
• Train staff and handle associate questions and concerns; support leadership.
• Monitor productivity to hit goals and deadlines across processes.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and GMP compliance for quality.
• Coordinate workflow using WMS and assign tasks to teams.
• Support safety programs and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Trainers to optimize product flow.
• Perform production work on the floor during non‑peak periods as needed.
