Job summary

TBC Corporation in Kansas is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management, while ensuring SOPs are followed and safety standards are met.

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, you will drive process improvements, coordinate with teams, and maintain equipment and facilities. A 2+ year leadership background in logistics and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum of two years relevant supervisory or leadership experience.
• Safety-conscious mindset with a proactive approach to team management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensures timely and accurate picking, packing, and loading while enforcing SOPs.
• Leads daily safety meetings and conducts inspection routines.
• Protects company assets including inventory, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintains facilities, equipment, and vehicles to support safe, efficient operations.
