Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Assistant Distribution Center Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize workflows, and mentor a high-performing team. You will partner with the DC Manager to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires proven DC/warehouse leadership, experience with KPI tracking, Lean/5S, and strong mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management.
KPI tracking, labor management, and process improvement (Lean/5S).
Strong mentoring, coaching, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and labor allocation.
Monitor KPIs and analyze data to improve order accuracy, on-time shipping, and productivity.
Coach and mentor supervisors, leads, and associates; partner with HR on recruitment and training.
Lead Lean and 5S initiatives; drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Purchasing, and HR to align operations with goals.
