Job summary

You’ll manage labor, assets, and safety practices to meet KPIs and financial targets. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in logistics or related field, with leadership experience and proficiency in ERP and routing software.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DC operations and improving KPIs.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, policies, and KPIs.
• Ability to manage P&L and site finances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution center operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control and route management.
• Ensure SOPs are applied to meet performance indicators.
• Protect company assets and maintain facility, equipment and vehicles.
• Manage labor, delivery and costs to align with plans.
• Report on KPI performance and cost metrics.
• Drive accountability and policy compliance.
