Job summary

The Home Depot in Redlands, CA is seeking an HR leader to oversee talent acquisition, engagement, development and associate relations in support of company values. You will partner with DC leadership and HR teams to deliver high-quality people programs.

Responsibilities include staffing, learning program delivery, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or Psychology preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, Wage & Hour, ADA, FMLA).
• Experience partnering with leadership and handling investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, management, associate relations, development and engagement in the DC.
• Ensure HR initiatives are executed with high quality and in partnership with DC leadership.
• Support staffing, reporting and system management for government contracting requirements.
• Protect and facilitate the direct employer/associate relationship and Open Door policy.
• Develop learning programs and leadership development in collaboration with RHRM.
• Collaborate with RHRM and peers on projects supporting Supply Chain.
