Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Human Resources Manager to partner with district leadership and drive talent readiness across 6–13 stores from Redlands to El Centro. The role requires residing within 15 miles of the assigned area and occasional travel to the district office in Orange, CA.

You will lead HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, and workforce planning, leveraging HR tools to improve engagement, compliance, and culture across the district.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience and leadership exposure.
• Experience in HR, talent management, and associate relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent readiness and workforce planning across 6–13 stores.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Manage associate relations, workplace culture, and investigations.
• Use HR tools (Salesforce, Workday) for analytics and planning.
• Partner with district leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
