Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our 2027 Distribution Center (DC) Human Resources Summer Internship Program in Casa Grande, AZ. This is an onsite, 11-week internship beginning in May 2027.

The Distribution Center Human Resources Summer Internship is designed for students interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to relocate to and reside in the Casa Grande, AZ area for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and ensure consistent application of practices and regulations.
• Partner with HR leaders to support Team Member questions and workplace matters.
• Assist with analyzing workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Support recruiting activities for hourly and technical positions, including screening and interviews.
• Assist with coordinating and facilitating training and development activities.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Partner with leaders on safety-related initiatives and investigations.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on improving processes and the Team Member experience.
