Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring for its 2027 Distribution Center Operations Summer Internship in Casa Grande, AZ. This on-site, 11-week program begins May 2027 and develops future DC leaders through hands-on roles in inbound/outbound operations, inventory flow, and leadership development.

Interns will work closely with DC leaders, gain exposure to performance analysis and meaningful projects, and may have relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through employment, internships, campus activities, or other experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Casa Grande, AZ for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Distribution Center operations and understand product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Support daily operational priorities and performance goals with DC leaders and team members.
• Develop leadership skills by communicating expectations, building relationships, and aiding team members.
• Analyze operational challenges and propose improvements to support performance.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.
