Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our 2027 Distribution Center (DC) Human Resources Summer Internship Program in Navarre, OH. This is an onsite, 11-week internship beginning in May 2027.

The Distribution Center Human Resources Summer Internship is designed for students interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns will work alongside experienced HR and Operations leaders while supporting HR

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to relocate to and reside in the Navarre, OH area for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Essential duties and responsibilities include supporting HR programs and initiatives in a Distribution Center context.
• Assist with team member relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR policies and compliance.
• Support workforce data collection, reporting, and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations leaders on projects impacting Team Members.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Organize information, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document and present data.
