Job summary

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Prior HR, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new Team Member orientation and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and communicate open enrollment details.
• Maintain HR records, personnel files, and payroll-related documentation.
• Support club payroll processes and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with recruitment marketing materials and in-club hiring efforts.
