• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: train, coach and evaluate hourly staff.
• 15% Drives Results: maintain inventory accuracy and key metrics.
• 15% Business Planning: plan staffing and performance to business plans.
• Additional Responsibilities: other duties as assigned by Ops leadership.
