The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team within a distribution center. You will oversee 20–30 associates, hire and coach staff, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive performance against key metrics.

This role emphasizes process adherence, problem solving, and collaboration with the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include staffing, training, disciplinary actions, and ensuring accurate merchandise handling while maintaining productivity and quality across shifts

Formación

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work various shifts.
• Ability to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 20–30 hourly associates and influence the distribution team to meet goals.
• Coach and develop associates; hire, evaluate, discipline and terminate hourly staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control; monitor metrics for productivity, accuracy, quality and costs.
• Plan staffing needs and coordinate operations to align with business plans and production targets.
