Job summary

Partner with the Operations Manager to hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and terminate staff; drive continuous process improvements and inventory accuracy while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a related field
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Responsibilities

• Managing process: enforce procedures, identify improvements, and streamline operations.
• Coaching and developing associates: train, coach, and evaluate hourly staff; handle hiring and discipline.
• Drives results: maintain inventory accuracy and monitor key metrics.
• Business planning: coordinate operations to meet production rates and plan staffing.
• Additional responsibilities: other duties as assigned by management.
