• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: train, coach, and evaluate hourly staff.
• 15% Drives Results: maintain inventory accuracy and improve productivity, quality and cost metrics.
• 15% Business Planning: coordinate staffing with production needs to meet business goals.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.
