Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person hourly team, ensuring efficient, safe and productive distribution center operations. You will hire, coach, and evaluate associates while driving process improvements and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, training staff, and coordinating with leadership to meet business plans. This role requires flexibility in shifts and the ability to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

• 2+ years supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead 20–30 hourly associates and drive process improvements.
• Coach and develop associates; hire, evaluate, discipline and terminate as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control; monitor productivity, safety, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate operations with the functional area to meet production and staffing plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.
