The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team, manage performance, and ensure safe, efficient distribution center operations in Dallas. You will hire, coach, and develop staff while driving productivity and accuracy in merchandise handling.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, evaluating associates, and implementing process improvements in alignment with business goals. Must be able to relocate and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and relocate as needed.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Lead an hourly team of 20–30 associates to run the DC efficiently, safely, and productively.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and terminate hourly staff as needed.
• Develop and implement team goals and ensure prompt, accurate merchandise handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control; monitor key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager/AGM on process changes and staffing planning.
