Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to manage the daily surgery schedule and coordination with doctors' offices and OR staff across two centers in Sacramento. This role emphasizes customer service and professional communication to ensure smooth patient flow.

The successful candidate will display leadership and problem-solving skills, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospital or medical office experience required.
• Surgery scheduling experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
• Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet fast-paced demand.

Responsibilities
