Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within the district. You will develop relationships with customers, identify storage needs, and drive a positive, first-rate customer experience.

Role includes leasing units, handling payments, and performing daily maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and cleanliness of the facility. Weekend availability and a current driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office products and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits.
• Make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Walk the property daily for maintenance tasks.
• Keep facilities clean and safe per company guidelines.
