Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise. You will support the RGM by running efficient, high-quality shifts and taking ownership of issues that arise on shift.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, plus basic math and computer skills. Qualifications include being at least 18, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and stand ~80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
